Gerald “Jerry” Kincel focuses his practice on auto insurance litigation, medical device, and pharmaceutical mass tort litigation, including cases involving automobile, motorcycle, tractor-trailer accidents, and wrongful death. He has achieved outstanding results, including a seven-figure settlement in 2025, and is a member of both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Jerry earned his J.D. from Widener University Commonwealth Law School.
