About Gerard

Gerard Green focuses his practice on the defense of New Jersey Workers’ Compensation claims and associated employment issues for employers, insurance companies, third-party administrators, the self-insured, and public entities. Before joining MalamutLaw as an attorney, he was a law clerk in the firm’s Government and Regulatory Affairs Department. He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University-New Brunswick. He was also a member of the Black Law Students Association and received the Luigi Franzese Scholarship Award.
