Greg Manning started practicing law in 2001 and spent the bulk of his career with Laney & Foster, P.C., in Birmingham, Alabama, before taking some time away from full-time law practice to grow a brick and mortar retail business as well as build an online business. He joined Webster Henry because he could not stay away from the profession he loved. Mr. Manning’s practice focuses on general litigation, automobile accidents, construction law, professional liability and advising buyers and sellers in the purchase and sell of businesses. Having purchased a business himself, and assisted others in the purchase and sell of businesses, he brings a unique experience and expertise to those transactions. Mr. Manning has presented to numerous professional organizations on various topics over the years and tried numerous cases to conclusion in Alabama and Florida.
