About Gregory
Gregory J. Blackburn is a Partner in the Workers’ Compensation division at RTRLAW, where he represents injured employees in claims for medical benefits, lost wages, and disability payments. He handles all aspects of workplace injury cases, from filing petitions to litigating disputes. Previously, he managed RTRLAW’s Personal Injury Protection (PIP) division and worked as in-house counsel for insurance companies, giving him unique insight into defense strategies. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with double majors in Political Science and Philosophy, plus a minor in History. He received his law degree from St. Thomas University in South Florida, where he received an award for Best in Class for Trial Advocacy Practice and Interviewing, Counseling and Negotiation, and was a member of the Law Review and student government.
