Gregory Scott Malush

About Gregory

Gregory S. Malush graduated from St. Louis University in 1982 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in chemistry and from St. Louis University School of Law in 1985. He was admitted to practice in Missouri (1985), Illinois (1986), and Minnesota (1987). His major area of practice is auto, ATV, Semi, slip and fall liability claims, and he has helped families in wrongful death automobile accident situations, receiving six-figure awards. He also represented the Mother of the Bucklin children in a wrongful death case against the FAA and a company running a tower in Wyoming. He has handled cases involving farm injuries, defective products, and premises liability, and has filed actions against numerous insurance companies. He also represents families in wrongful death claims against medical providers, nursing homes, and in medical malpractice actions. Mr. Malush is a member of the Minnesota Association for Justice Board of Directors and an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. He is active in community coaching and was a board member for the Merriam Park Community Council. He strives to ensure clients are informed and receive appropriate care.
