Gretchen Myers is the founding principal of The Law Offices of Gretchen Myers, P.C. in St. Louis, Missouri, concentrating her practice in catastrophic trucking accident cases, product liability, wrongful death, medical negligence, sexual harassment, and general personal injury law. She has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America and was named St. Louis Lawyer of the Year in 2014 by U.S. News and World Report. Her results place her in the top 1% of U.S. lawyers, earning her inclusion in the Million and Multi-Million Dollar Advocacy group and induction into the Top 100 Lawyers Nationally. She is a recipient of two top trial advocacy awards in Missouri: the Lon O. Hocker Award from the Missouri Bar and the Honorary Order of the Barristers Award from the University of Missouri. Gretchen is the first recipient of the “Daily Record Justice Award” for her significant contributions to her field and positive community impact. She is a frequent lecturer on civil trial techniques and advocacy skills. Gretchen is the President-Elect of APITLA (The Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America), set to be the first woman President in its history, and was the first woman trial lawyer selected to serve on APITLA’s National Advisory Board. She is a past President of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (the first woman elected to this post) and a past President of the Women Lawyers’ Association of Greater St. Louis. She instructs at the Missouri Judicial Trial College and was appointed to the Missouri Civil Instructions Committee (MAI) by the Missouri Supreme Court. Gretchen is licensed to practice law in Missouri, Illinois, and California, and dedicates her practice to protecting injury victims and their families.
