About Gunner
Gunner joined the firm in December 2023 during his third year of law school. As a Law Clerk, Gunner attended and contributed to the preparation of three multi-week medical malpractice trials, including conducting legal research, preparing motions, and preparing expert and lay witnesses. While in law school, Gunner was an active member of the University of Cincinnati Law Review. Gunner also was selected to join the Sixth Circuit Clinic, where he played a key role in the preparation of client’s petitions for post-conviction relief. Gunner passed the bar exam in July of 2024. As an Associate Attorney Gunner will continue to support the Rendigs Medical Malpractice team. Prior to joining Rendigs, Gunner was a Law Clerk for The Cincinnati Insurance Company’s Litigation Department, where he frequently performed legal research on statutory and regulatory law, prepared motions and pleadings, and assisted in the development of general litigation strategies.
