H. Douglas Willen is a distinguished Member attorney at Cotthoff & Willen, known for his extensive experience and community involvement. He earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1985 and a B.A. from the University of Evansville in 1982. Admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 1985, he is also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Western District of Kentucky, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit.
