H. Mark Hamlet is a founding partner at Hamlet Law, focusing on commercial litigation, construction law, product liability, health care law, and insurance coverage and defense. He has over 30 years of experience, trying more than 50 jury cases and handling extensive appellate work. Mark is a certified mediator in North Carolina and a member of the American Arbitration Association Arbitration Panel since 2020.
