Hani W. Hashem is a trial lawyer who began practicing law in Arkansas in 1984. He has litigated claims in all state and federal courts in Arkansas and the United States Supreme Court, focusing on personal injury, defective products, medical malpractice, construction site accidents, automobile accidents, and business fraud. He has numerous precedent-setting jury verdicts and is recognized for his victories defending banking institutions. Mr. Hashem has been honored as a Special Justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court on five occasions and has served on influential Supreme Court Committees.
