Harlene earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the State University of New York at Albany with a 4.0 GPA and high honors. Determined to become a lawyer, she earned her J.D. from the Nashville School of Law in 2013 while working full time for a large personal injury law firm and raising a family. That same year, she became a Rule 31 Listed Mediator, honing her negotiation strategies.
