About Harry
Los Angeles workers’ compensation lawyer Harry Samarghachian has dedicated his practice to assisting victims of workplace accidents and occupational injuries. He represents clients with catastrophic workplace injuries, including brain injuries, toxic exposures, workplace cancers, and strokes, and families of workers who have tragically passed away. Mr. Samarghachian has obtained many seven-figure settlements on complex cases. He immigrated from Russia at age 13, obtained his B.S. from UCLA in 1985 and his J.D. in 1990 from La Verne University School of Law. He joined Rose, Klein & Marias as an associate in 1998 and is now a partner. He is a member of the State Bar of California and a former Chairman of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Workers’ Compensation Section.
