Holden Hughley is an associate attorney in the firm’s Residential Real Estate group. Mr. Hughley received his bachelor’s degree in political science from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2016, and his juris doctorate from the UNC School of Law in 2021. After being admitted to the North Carolina State Bar, Mr. Hughley managed the Mebane office of a local real estate firm before joining Bagwell Holt Smith in 2022. Mr. Hughley is originally from Salisbury, North Carolina. Mr. Hughley is an amateur chess player with a fondness for the Queen’s Gambit and the French Defense.
