About Hollie

Hollie Smith is a partner at Loos, Sabers & Smith practicing primarily in the areas of domestic relations and civil litigation. Prior to joining Loos, Sabers & Smith, Hollie practiced as a trial lawyer in Nashville, Tennessee focusing on family law, military law, appellate practice, and insurance defense. Hollie was born and raised outside of Rapid City, South Dakota on her family’s cattle ranch and graduated from Central High School. Hollie received her undergraduate degree from Augustana University in Sioux Falls where she earned a B.A. in political science. During college, she competed as a Division II collegiate athlete on the track and field team as a pole vaulter. Upon graduation, Hollie owned a consulting firm where she recruited for various agricultural companies around the U.S. Hollie then received her Juris Doctorate from Belmont University-College of Law. Hollie and her husband now reside on their family ranch near Scenic, SD with their three children.
