Holly Waltman is the owner and managing partner of The Waltman Firm LLC, established in 2015. A Georgia native, she is a highly experienced criminal defense attorney licensed to practice in all 159 counties of Georgia at both State and Superior Court levels, and admitted to the Supreme Court of Georgia. She also handles Federal cases, including in the Northern District of Georgia. With a background as a prosecutor and an Assistant Conflict Defender, Holly is a Fourth Amendment expert specializing in complex felony cases, criminal drug cases, federal civil asset forfeitures, and juvenile law. She has been recognized as a "Top 40 Under 40" by The National Trial Lawyers Association, a "Georgia Rising Star" by Super Lawyers for multiple years, and one of Georgia's "Top 10 Attorneys in Criminal Defense" by Attorney and Practice Magazine.
