Ian Kingsley has decades of experience in personal injury litigation in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has successfully tried cases to verdict in state and federal courts. Over the years, Ian has represented plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters including motor vehicle, construction accidents, contract disputes, catastrophic accidents, and premises liability claims, with a focus on defense of trucking companies and drivers in New York and New Jersey.
