About Ilya
Ilya Rabkin grew up in Richmond, Virginia and attended Virginia Commonwealth University for his undergraduate degree. He then went to law school at The University of South Carolina School of Law in Columbia, South Carolina. After graduating from law school, Ilya moved back home to Richmond and obtained his license to practice law in Virginia. Before joining Christina Pendleton & Associates in 2016, Ilya volunteered at the Central Virginia Legal Aid Society as a Pro Bono Attorney where he helped indigent persons with landlord-tenant disputes, protective orders, uncontested guardianships, and employment disputes. During his tenure at the firm, Ilya focused his practice around helping clients who were injured through no fault of their own and made sure they received the full compensation that they deserved. He passed away on September 17, 2021.
