About Ivan

Ivan is a graduate of The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, and earned his law degree from the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. He was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in May 2020. He offers a comprehensive range of legal services, including commercial and residential real estate transactions, landlord/tenant law, estate planning, and business transactions. He has experience with Limited Liability Companies (LLCs), assisting both large and small businesses with the formation, restructuring, and legal intricacies of these entities. His expertise also extends to corporate law more broadly. Additionally, he has experience in drafting trusts and probating estates, particularly in Mobile and Baldwin Counties. With a background in the family automobile business and experience working through law school in sales and service, Ivan applies his industry knowledge to his legal practice. He represents car dealerships with regards to their franchise and business operations, as well as defends car dealerships in matters related to service and sales. His understanding of the automobile industry helps him to offer consistent, reliable legal services to both franchise and independent used car dealerships across Alabama. On a personal note, Ivan lives in Fairhope with his wife, also an attorney, and their two sons. He enjoys fishing with his family and is an attendee of St. James Episcopal Church.
