Jack Bernstein opened his law practice in 1983. He is a strategist and an idea person with a genuine passion for helping the firm’s clients. Mr. Bernstein’s experience includes but is not limited to: auto accidents, medical malpractice, slip and falls, dog bite injuries, nursing home negligence, truck accidents, wrongful death, brain injury, product liability, boat accidents, motorcycle accidents, and all types of injury and catastrophic cases. He oversees the progress of the firm’s cases and ensures ethical rules are followed. He graduated Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Fredonia and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. He clerked for the late Manuel A. Crespo, Esq. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Dade County Bar Association, the Broward Bar Association, and the Nevada Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts of Florida and Nevada.
