About Jack

A native of Dunmore, Jack Price graduated from Dunmore High School in 2004 and attended The Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from The Smeal College of Business. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law, graduating cum laude. Following law school, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable James A. Gibbons in the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas. In 2016, Mr. Price joined the Lackawanna County District Attorney’s Office where he served as a Deputy District Attorney. While at the District Attorney’s Office, Attorney Price was a member of the Special Victim Unit and conducted multiple jury trials to verdict. Attorney Price also handled cases in the state appellate courts, and successfully argued before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on a matter of first impression in the Commonwealth. He is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States Middle District of Pennsylvania. Aside from his work with the District Attorney’s Office, Attorney Price is active in the Lackawanna Bar Association and served as President of the Young Lawyer’s Division in 2017. Attorney Price joined the firm in 2020 and concentrates his practice on business and civil litigation, personal injury law, criminal defense, and municipal law.
