About Jackee

Jackee Moss has been practicing law for over 10 years, joining the Nichols Law Firm in March 2021. He specializes in family law, including divorce and custody cases, and has expanded his practice to include misdemeanor and felony criminal cases such as OWI and domestic violence. He has trial experience in both family and criminal law. Mr. Moss played a key role in a Michigan Court of Appeals case, successfully restoring a father's parental rights in a Revocation of Paternity Act case. He graduated from Michigan State University and Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he received the Board of Directors Award for Outstanding Lawyering and a Certificate of Merit in Alternative Dispute Resolution. He is licensed in Michigan and federal courts in the Western and Eastern Districts of Michigan. Jackee is an active member of the American Inns of Court - Michigan State University chapter, the Criminal Law and Family Law Sections of the State Bar of Michigan, the Ingham County Bar Association, and the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan. In 2023, he served as treasurer for the Davis-Dunnings Bar Association.
