
About Jaclyn
Born and raised in Windsor, Jaclyn was called to the Ontario bar in 2018 where she joined the team at Greg Monforton and Partners as an Associate. Now, as a Senior Associate, Jaclyn exclusively represents Plaintiffs in personal injury cases that include motor vehicle collisions, slip/trip and falls, dog bite injuries, accident benefits disputes, long-term disability disputes, and CPP-Disability disputes. Jaclyn currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Essex Law Association. She also volunteers with the local branch of the Ontario Justice Education Network and has contributed to The Litigator and OTLA’s Access to Justice fund. Jaclyn received Canadian and American law degrees from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2017. In her undergraduate years Jaclyn obtained a double honours degree in History and Criminology at Wilfrid Laurier University.
