About Jake

Jake’s practice is focused on wills, trusts, estates, business formation, and business succession planning. He is dedicated to helping individuals, families, and business owners preserve legacies by planning for and executing upon smooth, orderly, and tax efficient transfers of assets and control. His approach to assisting clients is centered around empowering the client to make informed decisions. He does this by carefully considering the balance between the client’s personal relationship with key stakeholders in the transaction and the technical aspects of the client’s legal issue. When he’s not working, Jake loves to spend time with his wife, his daughter, and his dog.
