About James
James A. Streett is a native of Russellville, Arkansas and a fifth-generation Streett trial lawyer. James performed his undergraduate work at Loyola University New Orleans, after which he volunteered his time working with the children of the northern Cheyenne and Crow Tribes of southeast Montana. James obtained his Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University Law School in Nashville, Tennessee. After obtaining his law degree, he immediately went to work in the field of litigation. After three years of practice in Tennessee, James returned to Arkansas to practice with his father and mentor Alex G. Streett and to serve the people of the Arkansas River Valley. A significant portion of James’ practice focuses on helping people who have suffered injuries or lost loved ones based upon the carelessness of others, as well as helping those involved in disputes with their employers. James also focuses his practice on helping individuals fight for their rights under insurance claims of all types (disability, health, property or home damage, etc.) in a way that ensures that they are compensated in the full amount they are owed by insurance companies and adjusters.
