About James
James B. Moore III is a third-generation South Carolina lawyer and a tenacious advocate for injured victims. Admitted to practice in 2008, he has secured over $100 million in verdicts and settlements across various cases including trucking accidents, civil rights violations, and medical negligence. He graduated Cum Laude from Charleston School of Law, where he was Editor of the Charleston Law Review, and holds a B.A. from Wofford College. James has been recognized as a South Carolina Super Lawyers Magazine 'Rising Star' from 2015-2018 and a 'Super Lawyer' from 2019-2023, and has received multiple awards for top jury and non-jury verdicts in the U.S. and South Carolina, as well as being named a 'Legal Elite of the Lowcountry' for Personal Injury Litigation in 2017.
