James E. Mitchell is a Partner and the firm’s lead trial lawyer at Chavin Mitchell Shmuely, focusing on insurance coverage litigation and consumer advocacy. He has successfully tried numerous jury trials, recovering millions for clients. He graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and St. Thomas University School of Law with Magna Cum Laude honors, ranking third in his class.
