About James
Jim Lamond has represented employees and their unions since 1985. He handles contract negotiations and labor arbitrations, and presents cases before the courts and various state and federal agencies. He has argued many cases before state and federal appeals courts, helping to shape the law in areas such as employee privacy rights, job protection rights of military personnel, police officers' discretion in citations, immunity for public employees in workplace investigations, and rights of retired law enforcement officers to carry concealed weapons.
