About James
James J. “J.J.” Uliano joined Chamlin Uliano & Walsh in 2008 as a Partner. He practices in the Litigation Department, handling Plaintiff’s Personal Injury matters, Estate Litigation, Labor Law, and Criminal Matters in both Municipal and Superior Court. He graduated from Fairfield University in 2004 and Seton Hall University School of Law in 2007. He is very active in State and local Bar Associations, set to become President of the Monmouth County Bar Association in May 2025. He is the former co-chair of the Monmouth Bar Association Young Lawyers Committee and commenced his term as Chair of the New Jersey Commission on Professionalism in the Law in 2024. He previously chaired the Young Lawyers Division of the New Jersey State Bar Association and served on its Board of Trustees. He is also a member of NJAJ. He was honored with the 2017 Young Lawyer of the Year Award from the New Jersey State Bar Association and has been included in the SuperLawyers list (Rising Star 2012, 2015-2018; SuperLawyers 2019-present). Prior to joining the firm, he served a judicial clerkship with Hon. Lawrence M. Lawson. He has served as a panelist and speaker for the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
