Prior to becoming an attorney, James had a 9 year career as a claims adjuster and bodily injury specialist for an industry leading national insurance company. He has a vast knowledge of the insurance claims process from the inside. James knows exactly how insurance companies value claims, investigate them and defend them. As an attorney, James has over 20 years of experience, almost exclusively devoted to personal injury litigation and helping injured people recover the compensation they need to get their lives back on track. He has significant trial experience and an impressive record of successful jury verdicts for his clients. James completed his undergraduate education at the University of Connecticut and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1997, earning numerous awards along the way. He was admitted to practice in the Connecticut state courts in 1997 and to the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut in 1999. James believes in providing exceptional personal service to all of his clients.
