James Ahern is an accomplished trial lawyer with extensive courtroom experience in both criminal and civil matters. Before joining Fuller & Ahern, P.C., James served as a Deputy District Attorney for the Fourth Judicial District in El Paso County, Colorado, where he handled and tried numerous felony and misdemeanor cases. His prosecutorial work included charges such as First-Degree Murder, Aggravated Robbery, First Degree Arson, Vehicular Homicide, Aggravated Motor Vehicle Theft, Assault (Crime of Violence), Marijuana cultivation and possession, Felony Eluding, DUI/DWAI, and a wide range of domestic violence offenses. During his time as a prosecutor, James also served as the Arson Liaison for the office and was a member of the Vehicular Homicide and Vehicular Assault Team.
