About James

James L. Miller is the Founding Partner of Miller & Miller Law. After experiencing a family business bankruptcy, he decided to pursue law to help people in financial distress. He earned his law degree from the University of Miami and a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Over 30 years, he has grown Miller & Miller into Wisconsin's largest bankruptcy firm, expanding to personal injury and immigration law. He is an active member of several professional associations and contributes to community organizations.
