James L. Zulick, born and raised in Easton, graduated from Easton High School, Penn State University, and University of Toledo Law School. He joined the Law Firm of Peters, Moritz & Peischl in 1977. He served as solicitor to zoning hearing boards in Northampton County, is a Past President of the Northampton County Bar Association, and has served on its Board of Directors and as Chair of numerous committees.
