James McKenna is a trial lawyer with more than three decades of experience representing clients in serious injury and wrongful death cases. Mr. McKenna’s practice is very selective, and referral based. His practice includes pursuing fraud claims and older first party no fault benefit claims for attendant care. These are claims for family members providing care to loved ones who have been catastrophically injured in automobile accidents. The insurance companies have not paid all of the benefits that were owed, or the insurance company has been found to have intentionally hidden and covered up the benefits that our clients were entitled to. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has tried successfully several seven figure cases to jury verdicts. These verdicts include over $3,000,000.00 verdict in Salt Lake City, Utah and a $12,000,000.00 verdict as a co-counsel in St. Clair County, Michigan. Mr. McKenna aggressively and zealously represents his client’s interest in obtaining the best settlement or the case will be tried to a jury verdict at the option of the client.
