Attorney James P. Welch will take over the General Practice for Dauphin and Perry Counties for Mooney & Associates and will primarily operate out of our Harrisburg office. Attorney Welch joined Mooney & Associates a few months ago from the prominent Harrisburg firm of McNees, Wallace, & Nurick. Besides general practice (family law, criminal defense, civil litigation, and estate planning), he represents individuals, businesses, and developers in complex real estate matters including acquisitions, land development, zoning, and related areas. He also handles the firm’s Employment Law matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, and unemployment compensation appeals.
