James S. Haliczer is the Co-Founder and Of Counsel at Haliczer Pettis & Schwamm, residing in the Fort Lauderdale office. For more than 30 years, Jim has built a reputation for litigation excellence, serving as trial counsel in a broad range of cases, including medical and legal malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death and commercial disputes. He also has the unique perspective of having successfully represented his clients on both the defense and plaintiff side, affording him an unparalleled level of credibility amongst his peers.
