Mr. Normand joined JMFN in 1987 and is currently the managing member of the firm. Born and raised in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, graduated Oak Ridge High School in 1980, East Tennessee State University Cum Laude, with a BA in Accounting, in 1984 and the University of Tennessee, College of Law in 1987, where he was a member of Gamma Beta Phi Legal Honor Society. Mr. Normand was admitted to the Tennessee bar in 1987; and is currently a member of the Anderson County (President 1998-1999), Tennessee Bar and American Bar Associations, Tennessee Land Title Association, American Land Title Association, the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Associations, The Association of Trial lawyers of America and formerly a member of the National Association of Accountants. Mr. Normand’s practice includes residential and commercial property transactions for individuals and lending institutions. Practice areas include: Personal Injury, Residential and Commercial Real Estate Law, Personal Injury, General Litigation, Estate Planning and Estate Administration, Corporations, and Child Support Enforcement.
