About James
Jim Vititoe graduated from the College of William & Mary with a degree in psychology and Southwestern University School of Law. He was on the Dean's List, President of the Student Bar Association, and recipient of the Frederick Graff Award. He became a partner in The Law Offices of Masry & Vititoe in 1982, handling the famous Erin Brockovich case. He specializes in civil tort litigation, including wrongful death, work-related injuries, auto collisions, product liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, environmental exposure, and brain injuries. He has received the United States Congressional Award for Trial Lawyer of the Year multiple times and has been named a Super Lawyer for 10 consecutive years. He is a member of several prominent legal associations and speaks on traumatic brain injury litigation.
