About Jared
Jared is a native of Ragland, Alabama. He primarily practices in the area of bankruptcy, where he has handled thousands of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases throughout the state. Jared is a graduate of Victory Christian High School in Pell City, Alabama. He then attended Snead State Community College on an academic scholarship before transferring to Jacksonville State University, where he graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and Public Administration. Jared worked full-time as a law clerk in the District Court of St. Clair County for the Honorable Phillip K. Seay (now presiding Circuit Judge of St. Clair County) and then as an aide for special needs children for the St. Clair County school system, all while attending Birmingham School of Law. He graduated from Birmingham School of Law in 2010. In addition to bankruptcy practice, Jared also practices in the area of criminal defense. Jared lives in Riverside with his wife, Courtney, and their three daughters. They attend Victory Christian Church, where he coaches youth basketball.
