About Jarom
Jarom Whitehead graduated from Willamette University College Law in Salem, Oregon. Mr. Whitehead specializes in personal injury, products liability, and insurance matters. He primarily handles cases involving automobile and trucking accidents, defective products, stray voltage, medical malpractice, premises liability, insurance agent negligence, insurance coverage and bad faith. 100% of Mr. Whitehead’s practice is devoted to litigation. He has successfully resolved cases on behalf of clients at every stage of the legal process including mediation, arbitration, trial and appeal. Mr. Whitehead is a member of various civic and professional organizations. He is a past president of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association and serves on the board of directors for the American Association of Justice - both organizations dedicated to preserving access to justice for individuals, regardless of their ability to pay. He enjoys living and working in Idaho and takes advantage of the variety of recreational and sporting activities that abound here.
