About Jason

Jason Brenner is a Florida-based attorney born and raised in Miami. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctorate with honors cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law, where he also received the Book Award for Contracts II. Jason focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury, assisting clients in negligent security, premises liability, and wrongful death cases. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2013-2019), for Top Negligent Security Verdicts in Florida (2016-2017), and Best Lawyers in America (2017). In his free time, Jason enjoys watching and playing sports like golf and tennis, and spending time with his family.
