Jason Causey is a leading litigator of consumer law in West Virginia and Ohio, first licensed in 2003. He has been appointed as class counsel in numerous successful class action cases under various consumer protection acts. Jason has secured significant verdicts and settlements, including a nearly $3,000,000 verdict in a predatory lending case.
