Mr. Earnest takes the rights of individuals seriously, and has no problem taking the government to task when it infringes on his clients' constitutional rights. He has successfully represented thousands of clients charged with criminal misconduct. He has taken his trial advocacy skills learned in the criminal court room, and applied them to zealously pursue his injured clients' interests against insurance companies. He has practiced criminal law in Nevada for over 20 years, handling the full scope of criminal matters, from traffic citations to murder. In addition to his private practice, he has served as a Public Defender for Nye County since 2000.
