Jason Weisser is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as a Civil Trial Lawyer. He began his career as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami in 1996, prosecuting felony cases and trying forty jury trials. He specializes in Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death, Trucking Accidents, Maritime Actions, and Motor Vehicle Accidents, generating over $150 million from verdicts and settlements. He holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell and was voted the Most Effective Medical Malpractice Lawyer in Florida in 2011. He is a recipient of the John Krupncik Award (2024), National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers, and recognized as a Super Lawyer by Florida Super Lawyers Magazine.
