Jay’s reputation in the personal injury world is unmatched. For decades, Jay has fought to improve the laws that impact patients and workers and their rights in Texas. Jay Harvey is past president of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and remains active in the organization. In 2023, Jay received the Champion of Justice award, presented by Texas Watch, a non-partisan citizen advocacy organization dedicated to ensuring that insurance companies and other corporations are accountable to their customers. In his spare time, he is an avid golfer and biker, loves to travel, work his ranch and spend time with his wife, adult daughter and their two dogs.
