Jeff Ponting leads the firm’s Oakland office and brings nearly three decades of employment litigation experience, representing plaintiffs in discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, and other employment matters. Prior to joining McNicholas & McNicholas, he held various positions with California Rural Legal Assistance, Inc., serving as pro bono director and developing programs to benefit indigenous Mexican farmworkers. He also has experience in political asylum proceedings and immigration law. Mr. Ponting is conversant in Spanish.
