About Jeffrey
Jeff Davis is a shareholder in Meyer Capel’s real estate, business and transactional practice groups. A practicing attorney since 1996, he has spent his entire legal career at Meyer Capel, becoming a shareholder of the firm in 2001. Mr. Davis concentrates his legal practice in representing corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, assisting clients with the sale or purchase of a business, representing clients in debt financing transactions, real estate, and estate planning matters and business succession planning. He also served as an Adjunct Professor in College of Business at the University of Illinois (2007 - 2021) teaching Introduction to Real Estate.
