About Jeffrey

Jeffrey P. Ensz is a 2005 alumnus of the University of Nebraska at Kearney and received his Juris Doctorate in the Spring of 2008 from the University of Nebraska College of Law in Lincoln, Nebraska. Originally from Wayne, Nebraska, Jeff maintains a deep appreciation for community, connection, and the importance of trust and integrity in shaping the attorney-client relationship. Jeff has worked at Lieske, Lieske & Ensz PC, LLO since August 2008. Jeff is experienced in several areas of legal practice, including divorce and custody litigation, criminal defense, civil litigation, personal injury claims, estate planning, and probate. Jeff is a seasoned litigator and has successfully litigated many claims, some of which include personal injury awards and not-guilty verdicts in multiple felony criminal jury trials. Jeff is an active member of the Minden and Kearney communities. Jeff has served on many non-profit boards and, in addition, has lent his talents to arts organizations, including performing as a cast member in multiple Minden Community Players, Kearney Community Theatre, and Crane River Theater musical and play productions.
