Jeffrey S. Nowak, Esq., graduated from Holy Family University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1983 and received his Juris Doctor from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan in 1988. Thereafter, Jeffrey S. Nowak, Esq., concentrated in commercial litigation and antitrust law where he served as co-counsel to Steven M. Kramer, Esq., in a five-year antitrust case against Witco Chemical Co. and Kendall Oil winning a $50 million judgment. The case was reported at Lightning Lube, Inc. vs. Witco, 802 F. Supp. 1180 (D.N.J. 1992). In 1994, Jeffrey S. Nowak, Esq., began a solo-practice focusing on general civil litigation including bankruptcy, commercial matters, personal injury, workers' compensation, formation and purchase of a small business, and SBA loan representation. Since 1994, Jeffrey S. Nowak, Esq., has successfully and quickly closed more than three-dozen SBA loans in amounts ranging from $45K to $1.5M. Jeffrey S. Nowak, Esq., is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Bucks County Bar Association, and the Camden County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in: the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (PA) (1989); the State of New Jersey (NJ) (1989); the State of New York (NY) (2003); the State of North Carolina (NC) (2010); the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania; the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey; the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina; the United States Bankruptcy Courts for Pennsylvania and New Jersey; the Third Circuit Court of Appeals; and the United States Supreme Court. Jeffrey S. Nowak is also an adjunct professor of undergraduate studies at Delaware Valley College in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, where he teaches Business Law, Real Estate, and International Trade.
