Jeffrey W. Varcadipane is a Founding Partner of the Firm and practices in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. He is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey, a designation given to less than five percent of civil litigation attorneys in New Jersey. He handles civil and commercial litigation, appellate practice, real estate, and business law. He has resolved numerous cases for his clients through jury verdicts, settlement, arbitration, and mediation, recovering millions of dollars. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, Florida, and various federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits. He received his J.D. from Fordham Law School and his B.B.A. in Economics from the University of North Florida, summa cum laude.
