Je Moon represents large and closely held corporations, financial institutions, and individual clients on a diverse range of matters involving commercial disputes. He has successfully represented clients in corporate governance matters involving breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty claims, disputes between shareholders and members of limited liability companies, federal and state securities laws, and employment disputes. He also counsels clients on corporate formation and formality, as well as employment and executive compensation matters. With nearly twenty-five years of experience, he has practiced before federal and state courts, alternative dispute resolution forums, and various governmental and regulatory agencies, including the United States Securities Exchange Commission and FINRA. Mr. Moon started his career at Proskauer Rose, LLP, followed by a clerkship with the Honorable Richard Conway Casey of the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of New York. Afterwards, he worked at Seward & Kissel LLP and Cullen & Dykman LLP before opening his own practice.
